Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. AND D.C., WHO ARE RESIDING IN TX AND WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Entry into the Just Hard Squeezed Pool Pass Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 AM. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 18, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 29, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://justhardsqueezedmainsqueeze.com (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions for submitting an entry. You will be required to provide your name, full mailing address, email associated with your Venmo account, phone number and date of birth.
Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” begins at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET.
3. ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal resident of the United States or District of Columbia, and residing in the State of Texas, who is 21 years of age or older to enter the Sweepstakes. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE VENMO ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO ACCEPT A PRIZE. Employees of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, alcoholic beverage wholesalers and retailers (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Entries not in conformance with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. For purposes of the Promotion, an entrant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of $250 to be used towards a cabana pool day. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize (“ARV”): $250. Forty-One (41) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of $50 to use towards the purchase of local pool day passes (awarded in the form of a Venmo electronic payment). ARV of each First Prize: $50. An active Venmo account is required to receive a Prize. Opening a Venmo account is free. If you do not already have an account, see Venmo.com or the Venmo mobile app to register for a free account.
Total ARV of all prizes available $2,300.
5. WINNER SELECTION/DRAWINGS: Potential Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about September 2, 2025 from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions shall be final and binding. No potential winner will be an official winner until eligibility has been formally verified by Sponsor. If any potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, he/she/they will be automatically disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Upon forfeiture of any prize, no compensation will be given. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address provided upon entry, within three (3) days of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless or internet service that may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. In the event a winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes will be sent to winners within 1 week of verification.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor, the Promotion Parties, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising agencies, representatives, and agents (“Released Parties”) for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with entry into the Sweepstakes, unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, or destruction of any aspect of the Event Site or entry process. Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the entry process or these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to entrant during preparing for, traveling to or participation in any aspect of this Sweepstakes.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree (a) to release Sponsor and the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By participating in Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, entrants agree that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrant against, any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All information submitted online by entrant is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy accessible at: https://www.bostonbeer.com/privacy-policyIf electing to participate in the Sweepstakes using a wireless device, entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Check with your wireless service provider for details on wireless capabilities and any applicable charges. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or from use of the Website. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes.
9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, consumer agrees to the following: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office in Boston, MA; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will consumer be permitted to obtain awards for, and consumer hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than consumer’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and consumer further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the right and obligation of consumers and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to Massachusetts choice of law provisions.
